long will it take to setup my account? |
A: New
accounts are normally activated within a few hours, however it make
take up to 26 hours for your domain to propogate to our servers once
you have changed your dns information |

getting a larger amount of traffic than my plan will handle, what
should I do? |
A: You
can upgrade your plan at anytime without being charged for
additional bandwidth. If you do not upgrade your domain will
automatically be susepnded until additional bandwidth is purchased.

| Q: I can
get a reseller account at another host who is offering unlimited
storage and bandwidth, why do you have limits on yours? |
A: How
can you offer unlimited space when your HDD is limited to a certain
size and space?
How can you offer unlimited Bandwidth when the
whole datacenter is limited to a certain transfer limit? How can you
afford purchasing 10,000GB for example?
Bottom line, it's impossible..and any host who claims to offer
unlimited space or bandwidth is not a host to be trusted. |
